Manager Client Services Victoria

Are you an experienced manager who is used to supervising a busy client facing team?
Do you thrive on the opportunity to deliver outstanding services?
Have you worked in the Community Services Sector working with NDIS plans and billing?
Do you lead by example?
Do you have an understanding of the deaf and hard of hearing community and knowledge of AUSLAN?

If you answered yes to all of these questions, and are keen to embark on a new opportunity supporting deaf and hard of hearing children, youth and their families, then you are the sort of person we need. We are looking for an energised and experienced manager to join our Victorian Services team.

You will lead this group to deliver services in line with NDIS plans ensuring we deliver an outstanding level of service. You will be required to ensure compliance to contracts, provide input to budgets, and assist in developing new business opportunities while ensuring your team maintains a high standard of service delivery.
