Employment Opportunity: Post Placement Support Team Member

Sign for Work is looking for a Post Placement Support (PPS) team member to work closely with our deaf and hard of hearing clients who are currently in the workforce. The role involves working in our Disability Employment Services (DES) providing client and employer support including advocacy, problem solving, and offering encouragement and advice.

We are looking for a resilient and reliable person to join our dynamic PPS team.

Past experience in DES is not necessary but would be an advantage alongside having a broad range of different industry awareness and knowledge. Ideally, we are looking for people who have a minimum Certificate II Auslan proficiency. The position is for 3 days per week with an immediate start and the opportunity to increase to full time.
