Education Encouragement Awards
Who do you know that is studying at either Year 11 or 12 level or Post-Secondary studies (University) in 2019?
Do they have a permanent hearing loss in both ears or are Deaf? Would they benefit from an Education Encouragement Award valued at $2,000 (Secondary) or $3,000 (Post-Secondary)?
Nominations for the 2019 Education Encouragement Awards are now open and close on 31 October, 2018.
Nominations may be made by teachers, parents, aides, interpreters, tutors, course coordinators, families or caregivers.

Financial Grants Program
Deafness Foundation is currently inviting applications from organisations across Australia for funding for projects that support the deaf and hard of hearing and which address one of the
Deafness Foundation’s Strategic Priorities:
1 Expand Foundation’s role in minimizing the incidence of hearing loss;
2 Enhance awareness of issues for people who are deaf or hard of hearing;
3 Strengthen and build partnerships and collaborative relationships;
4 Support people with hearing loss;
5 Serve Australia wide in all aspects of our operations
