    Do you want to join an organisation that is passionate about improving the lives of deaf and hard of hearing children and young people all over Australia? DCA is seeking a volunteer to help run fundraising BBQs to help raise much needed funds to support our work with deaf and hard of hearing children, young people and families.

    Deaf Children Australia is a national organisation whose purpose is to remove barriers to the personal development and social inclusion faced by children and young people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
    We are seeking a volunteer to work in the fundraising team at St Kilda Rd Melbourne for around 1 – 2 days per week to provide help with the coordination of community fundraising BBQs, for example at Bunnings and Woolworths. You will be supported and supervised by our General Manager in Fundraising & Development. Skills in planning, organisation, negotiation and team work would be well regarded.

    The successful applicant will need to have a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
